RaNt Or RaVe

In life we don't get everything we desire, I mean wouldn't we want that in our inbox, there are only written mails from people we know, no junk mail and for some people no forward mails I believe who ever read my title would guess that this section is written for ranting but guess what you guys are wrong. The forward mails which we get in our inbox are actually something you should enjoy. !!
Everyone loves getting written mails, it feel so good to read them . You feel special that someone has bothered to write you a mail , but think about it even in a forward some one has bothered to include your e-mail address.A forward mail be it of any type, brings out different emotions in you.

They add humour , or they might want to check your concern but there are also mails which are internet hoax and is definilty not true like the mail I got the other day relating to a child who had a terrible accident needed help , his parents had done a contract with the Microsoft and for everytime the mail was forwarded the child would get $10 or $15. But you know what's funny I got so many frieds forwarding the mail to me. It was so sweet that they actually believe it and are so concerned.

COLLECTED POEMS

*Friendship ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

A ruddy drop of manly blood
The surging sea outweighs,
The world uncertain comes and goes,
The lover rooted stays.
I fancied he was fled,And, after many a year,
Glowed unexhausted kindliness
Like daily sunrise there. My careful heart was free again,
—O friend, my bosom said,Through thee alone the sky is arched,
Through thee the rose is red,
All things through thee take nobler form,
And look beyond the earth,
And is the mill-round of our fate
A sun-path in thy worth.
Me too thy nobleness has taught
To master my despair; The fountains of my hidden life
Are through thy friendship fair.

A friend is a person to laugh and cry with,
An inspiration,
Someone who lends a helping hand, though friends may not be forever,
And they may not end up together, the memories of a true friendship will last forever.
A friend is not a shadow nor a servant
But someone who hold a piece of a person in his heart.
Someone who shares a smile, Someone who brightens up your day
What makes a person a friend?
Is by saying your Love will stay.

*I wish ~ Natalie

I wish...I were a beautiful white swan
Swimming
Gliding
Floating through clear blue water
So smoothyou'd think it was glass.
And I wish...I were a dancer on broadway
Kicking
Turning
Jumping my way to stardom;
Roses at my feet
Bowing to the audience.
And I wish...I were a faraway star
Twinkling
Gleaming
Falling and burning through the sky,
While two lovers lie dreaming
On the calm beach beneath me.

*An Angel Called Back Home ~ Paula Henley

You're so special, so loving, you mean so much to me
An angel from heaven, hmmm, that can't possibly be
How could I describe you, it takes such great ease,
Your aura, your nature, it's like a fresh breeze,
The love of your heart is so good to be true,
You don't know how lucky I feel to have a friend like you!

You're telling me you're going, leaving this world,
I can't quite understand, my emotions are in a whirl,
Why heaven would be calling you, when I need you so much,
Its acceptance I must strive for, please though keep in touch.

Come visit me in my dreams, come see me when I'm down,
Come brighten up my day as you do so well now,
For the rest of my life, you will always be my treasure,
I will always be grateful for the times we spent together.

ChOcoLaTe's.... (stay away from it)
Probably every girl's favourite are chocolates. Chocolates are something which remain amazing when given to anyone as a gift .Any occasion be it valentine's, birthday or even get well soon, chocolates remain ideal .
Everyone knows what chocolates are, they enjoy eating it , sharing it . Now let me tell you what many people don't know . Those who enjoy the pleasures of chocolates, do they know about the harmful side-effects of it ? Does everyone know about the consequences of over consumpition of chocolates? What can this lead to ? Here let me enlighten you ..
Let me start with a latest story on Gulf-News , there was a man who consumed a particular brand of chocolate for 26 years , one day when he got the same brand of chocolate for his wife, he just opened it for a bite and found an EMBEDED MOTH in it ...ewww..disgusting rite ??
Now here is some biological knowledge.....
A very important constituent of chocolates theobromine affects the ways in which cells are bonded together as well as the bonding between those cells. It's the reason for haemorrhaging occurring within the cardio-vascular and respiratory systems. There is also a good reason to suspect that the liver also suffers as a result of theobromine poisoning - again probably due to the break down of the capillary blood vessels within. It has been argued that since theobromine if not immediately fatal, is excreted from the system and is therefore non-residual, low levels such as are found in chocolate biscuits, fudge bars etc. are harmless. This is an entirely foolhardy and ridiculous view to take. If theobromine can affect cell bonding in high doses, low, non-fatal doses may progressively weaken those bonds over the years Here are very true cases. In 1998 a large, healthy labrador in South Devon, England collapsed and died suddenly, as a result of eating an estimated 60 grams of Belgian chocolates that had been left on a coffee table by it's owner. Later that year, a 12 year old Green wing Macaw in West Cornwall, England died 15 hours after eating two Swiss 'truffle' type chocolates each weighing no more than 8 grams. Cats, dogs and African Grey parrots in America have also been reported to have died as a result of eating good quality chocolates.Post mortem results revealed chronic heart and liver disease with evidence of low grade hemorrhaging and scarring that appeared to have occurred over a considerable period of time. Also some of the chocolates are know to contain nickel in them .Nickel above a certain safety level is known to be toxic . But chocolates makers just to give their chocolates the effect of richer, smoother ,creamier they increase the level of nickel which proves to be fatal for people who over consume chocolates.

If all that biological knowledge was to much ,then think about the everyday comment you listen by your mother "don't eat too much sweet , it will spoil your dentition.".We just ignore what our parents say but honestly what ever they say is for our own good .Do you know our mouth has 200 bacteria in it ? Out of them only 35 or 40 are harmful, so when we consume any sweet food, these bacteria react with the sweetness in our mouth ,which leads to production of an acid which is so concentrated that it can actually dissolve the enamel (the outer layer of tooth) leading to a cavity and in extreme causes root canal ( when the cavity reaches the bottom of tooth and the tooth is supposed to be removed or extracted deep ) .Trust me it is not a pleasant experience to go to a dentist .
Also most of us know that the reason of diabetes is sweet .And no other sweet contribute more to diabetes other than chocolates.According to recent study it has been found that the annual death rate due to diabetes is approximately 4.5%.That ls a lot !!
Mostly people are not aware of the consequences of chocolate. What i suggest is that stay away from chocolates as much as possible. i know it is 'easier said than done'.I,myself was a chocoholic but while doing research for this essay , when i found so many facts about chocolates that it has forced me to take a step away from this harmful thing. Nothing should be more precious to a person than one's health. So people take care .Live healty and for all those with a sweet tooth , nothing can be better than fruit or fruit juices, a better alternative !! Also I find that sweet yogurt satisfyies my craving for chocolates so i would advise you all to try it .
